Terms of SERVICE.

DISCLAIMER

Each package includes a trailer and social media promo with project’s final cut. Clients are responsible for budgeting of any additional items such props, rentals, location fees, etc. All packages require 50% deposit prior to shooting. Average video turn around is 2-4 weeks.

TURNAROUND

All visuals are subject to a due date of 2-4 weeks after shooting. In the case of any quick turnarounds, the client can request a rush prior to shooting. Any rushes for a turnaround within 14 days will be an addition fee. Any same or next day turnaround rush’s will be at the discretion of the Director.

OWNERSHIP

All visuals published by Director 5:16PM are owned by AKH Productions and will not be distributed, posted, or forwarded to any third party without contractual consent of the Director.

All finialized projects will be posted and promoted solely on Director 5:16PM’s YouTube Channel unless the contract says otherwise.

All video rights can be bought out of their contract for a $100.00 one time fee. However, after the terms of any contract have been broken this “buy out” rule no longer applies.  

REFUNDS

Should any footage be lost, damaged, or destroyed the client has 7 business days to negotiate terms of a reshoot or refund at the Director’s discretion.

Please allow up to 14 business days for a full refund from any booking.

travel policy

All booking expenses including flight, hotel, transportation, & per diem* must be negotiated & paid in full at least 7 days prior to shoot.

Domestic:  Requires at least a 14 day notice.

International: Requires at least a 30 day notice.

*Flights & hotel bookings must be annotated in contract with signed approved by the Director prior to booking. Transportation must comfortably the Director’s equipment, luggage, & team members if accompanied. Per diem rates will follow the maximum CONUS GSA federal guidelines for the current year.
